Descripción de la vacante

Agency Collective is seeking a senior operator to orchestrate across sales, client success, paid media and creative, ensuring smooth handoffs and scalable delivery. You will spot capacity issues, protect scope, raise delivery standards and turn recurring issues into repeatable processes.

This role requires hands-on leadership, the ability to connect multiple teams in a distributed US-based environment, and a track record of improving margins and delivery quality in a busy service business.

Formación

  • Senior agency delivery or operations experience across multiple clients and specialist teams.
  • Evidence of improving margins, turnaround or delivery quality through operating changes.
  • Strong fluency in agency scope, utilization, contribution margin and recurring-service economics.

Responsabilidades

  • The sales-to-onboarding-to-launch workflow, documented owners, readiness checks and handoffs.
  • Capacity planning and workload visibility across buyers, creative and client success.
  • Delivery QA, scope control, issue ownership and escalation routines.
  • Weekly operational reporting covering launch readiness, blocked work, timeliness, rework and cost to serve.
  • Repeatable playbooks and measurable adoption, including automation requirements passed to the systems director.
  • Hiring and vendor-capacity recommendations supported by utilization and delivery economics.
  • Build a clear decision log and exception process so urgent work does not silently change scope or standards.
  • Develop operational leaders and train the team to use the process, then inspect whether it improves the work.

Remote (United States) or in person in Los Angeles Full-Time $140,000–$170,000 base Senior leadership Hands-on leadership

Great agency work starts before the first ad goes live. It starts with a qualified client, clear expectations, ready infrastructure and a team that knows exactly what it owns. We are looking for a senior operator to make that sequence work consistently across Agency Collective.

You will connect sales, client success, paid media and creative through practical systems that keep work moving. You will spot capacity problems early, protect scope, raise delivery standards and turn recurring issues into processes the team can trust.

This is a role for someone who gets close enough to the work to improve it. If you can turn a busy service business into a sharper operation with better visibility, stronger accountability and fewer founder escalations, there is meaningful work to own here.

MISSION & SCOPE
Build an agency operation that launches the right clients, delivers what was promised, and gets stronger as volume grows.

Scope: Agency Collective shared operations across its agency brands

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Build the system.
Raise the standard.
SCOPE BOUNDARIES
  • CSMs continue to own client communication and approvals. Operations verifies execution and fixes process gaps.
  • Paid media leaders and buyers retain campaign strategy and execution.
  • Creative and lifecycle leaders retain craft and channel quality.
  • Founder retains final pricing, commercial exceptions, capital allocation and strategic commitments unless specifically delegated.
  • The brand GM owns the assigned brand's P&L. Operations owns shared operating standards and execution health.
FIRST 90 DAYS
Learn. Build.
Prove the change.
Days 1–30
  • Map current delivery from qualification through reporting, with owners, dependencies and failure points.
  • Baseline cycle time, rework, overdue actions, launch blockers and client-level delivery cost.
  • Create a single readiness view that confirms infrastructure is ready before creative production and launch commitments.
Days 31–60
  • Roll out one standard intake and onboarding sequence with clear exceptions.
  • Install a weekly capacity and client-risk review that ends in owned actions.
  • Resolve the highest-frequency handoff failure and measure the before/after result.
Days 61–90
  • Demonstrate a sustained improvement against the agreed delivery baseline without lowering quality.
  • Publish a practical operating playbook and owner scorecards teams actually use.
  • Present a staffing and automation plan tied to margin and capacity, not raw headcount.
