Job summary

Agency Collective is seeking a Project Manager to join our fast-moving agency network. You will own timelines, workflows, and cross-functional coordination across creative, paid media, email marketing, web development, and client success, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks across brands.

You’ll work with the COO to build and refine operational systems, embed in day-to-day cadence, and adapt as priorities shift.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Project Management experience in an agency or fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams and clients.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with creative, media, email, and development teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools: Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Notion.
• Experience with AI tools for operational efficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own project timelines from kickoff to delivery across multiple disciplines.
• Translate client requests into clear tasks with owners, due dates, and priorities.
• Manage multiple brands and client accounts with strong organization.
• Identify blockers early and escalate before delays.
• Ensure final deliverables pass quality checks before client delivery.
• Build and maintain project boards and workflows across tools.
