Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Ten+ years in fundraising and marketing proven leadership.
• Experience with fundraising software and managing high-net-worth prospects.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a comprehensive fund development strategy for the agency.
• Oversee major gifts, annual fund, direct mail, donor cultivation, and corporate/foundation relations.
• Manage AHCA campaign and foundation relationships; coordinate volunteers, mailings, and events.
• Direct the annual direct mail campaign and align with program directors' financial needs.
• Develop donor communications and target appropriate donor audiences.
• Lead board development and volunteer leadership cultivation.
• Utilize Raiser's Edge for donor data and reporting; improve giving opportunities and partnerships.
