Qualifications

• Master’s degree in educational leadership or related field.
• Minimum of five years of successful K–12 teaching experience.
• Experience as a school-level administrator, district leader, or equivalent.
• Experience designing, facilitating, and evaluating professional learning for adults.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to professional learning and educator initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for district-wide professional learning programs.
• Develop learning opportunities aligned with district priorities and school improvement.
• Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to identify learning priorities.
• Ensure learning experiences are differentiated and implemented with fidelity.
• Lead and support staff in planning, design, facilitation, and evaluation of professional learning.
• Create tools and resources to support employee growth and improvement.
• Evaluate effectiveness through data, feedback, and student outcomes.
• Oversee Advanced Teaching Roles and educator development initiatives.
• Collaborate with district and school leaders to ensure alignment with priorities.
• Monitor implementation and adjust staffing and budgets as needed.
• Remain current with research and trends in professional learning.
