Johns Hopkins Children's Center, part of Johns Hopkins Hospital, seeks a dynamic Director of Advanced Practice to lead a highly skilled team of Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Advanced Practice Nurses in Baltimore, MD.

This leadership role shapes the future of advanced practice, drives clinical and professional excellence, and partners with multidisciplinary leaders to advance quality and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing or Physician Assistant from an accredited school.
• Advanced Practice Provider licensure required (Nurse Practitioner, PA, CNM, CRNA or CSP).
• Five years of pediatric clinical experience plus leadership/management experience.
