Job summary

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree for NP/PA/CNS with eligibility for credentialing.
  • 0+ years as an Advanced Practice Provider (required).
  • Evidence-based clinical knowledge and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, and monitor patients; develop and execute care plans.
  • Prescribe therapy and coordinate home care orders as needed.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams and educate staff and students.
  • Engage in quality improvement and organizational initiatives.
  • Act as clinical resource and provide mentor support.
