Job summary

Johns Hopkins Medicine's Johns Hopkins Children’s Center seeks a dynamic Director of Advanced Practice to lead a team of NPs, PAs and Advanced Practice Nurses. You will shape clinical practice, drive recruitment and retention, and partner with multidisciplinary leaders to advance quality and patient experience in pediatric care.

The role requires a Master’s degree (Doctorate preferred) and a PA or NP license, with at least five years of pediatric care and five years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Five years of pediatric clinical experience.
• Five years designing, leading or managing NPs and/or PAs at department, hospital, or system level.
• PA or NP licensure/certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of NPs, PAs, and Advanced Practice Nurses.
• Drive recruitment and retention initiatives and partner with multidisciplinary leaders.
• Advance quality, patient experience and innovative models of care in pediatrics.
