X-Bow Systems is seeking a Director of Advanced Manufacturing to lead the design and scale of next-gen, lights-out manufacturing operations. You will drive automation strategy, oversee MES/ERP integration, and ensure world-class reliability in high-availability plants.

Based remotely with required on-site visits to Luling, Texas, you will mentor a team of manufacturing engineers and automation specialists, manage budgets and vendors, and champion safety, cybersecurity, and data-driven continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 10+ years in advanced manufacturing
• Leadership experience in automation

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute advanced manufacturing strategy
• Lead transformation to lights-out manufacturing with minimal human intervention
• Oversee selection, installation and integration of automation technologies (PLCs, robotics, machine vision)
• Manage MES, ERP integration and real-time data systems
• Drive safety, regulatory compliance and industrial cybersecurity
