Job summary

Code and Theory seeks a senior architect to lead the architecture pillar of our Adobe practice in the United States. You will be the senior architectural authority across every Adobe engagement, guiding technical direction, career growth and advocacy for a global team of architects.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for a practicing architect who wants to build and lead a distributed, high‑impact team. You will own architectural quality, run reviews, set standards, mentor peers, and collaborate

Qualifications

• 20+ years in technology, with 5+ years in leading architects or senior technical staff
• Proven ownership of performance reviews, career development and compensation decisions
• Experience in an agency, consultancy or SI with multiple concurrent clients
• Experience delivering across US, India and LATAM
• Ability to review designs, challenge decisions and speak with clients at executive level

Responsibilities

• Own architectural quality across Adobe engagements including content, data, and work management
• Lead architecture reviews and set cadences/standards
• Develop reference architectures and reusable patterns across the practice
• Mentor and grow a distributed team of architects
• Partner with sales and Adobe alliance leads on deal strategy
• Translate business problems into scalable Adobe architectures
• Build estimation discipline and staffing models
• Lead enterprise solutioning and architecture narratives in client rooms
