Job summary

The University of Central Florida's Office of Undergraduate Admissions seeks an Associate Director, Admissions Operations to lead systems, workflows, and data-driven initiatives that support enrollment goals. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on technology oversight across core admissions platforms.

You will drive process improvements, oversee configuration and optimization of Slate, PeopleSoft, and Raptor, and collaborate with campus partners to implement policies and budgeting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience, or Master's with 4+ years and at least 2 years of leadership.
• Experience in higher education admissions or enrollment services is preferred.
• Experience with admissions technology platforms (Slate, PeopleSoft, Raptor) and policy/regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead Undergraduate Admissions Operations including processing workflows and verification.
• Oversee admissions systems development, testing, and optimization across Slate, PeopleSoft, and Raptor.
• Collaborate with campus partners to interpret policies, support budgeting, and drive operational excellence.
