Northwood is seeking an Admissions Assistant and Facility Marketer to promote our nursing home and attract residents. You will develop marketing plans, coordinate tours, and build relationships with referral sources in the community.

This role emphasizes outreach, hosting local events, and presenting the facility positively to families and healthcare partners. You will collaborate with administrators and the admissions team to boost occupancy and community awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies
• Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase occupancy and promote the facility’s services
• Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare providers to generate referrals
• Engage in community outreach to raise awareness about the facility and its services
• Plan local events to advertise and promote the facility positively
• Provide facility tours to potential residents and their families
• Maintain connections with referral sources and key stakeholders
• Collaborate with the Administrator, Social Services Director and Director of Admissions and Marketing on duties as assigned
• All other duties as assigned by the leadership team
