Kadima Healthcare seeks a highly motivated Director of Admissions to lead the admission process at our Skilled Nursing Facilities in Pittsburgh, PA. You will design and coordinate the monthly admissions workflow, collaborate with referral sources, families, and staff to ensure a smooth patient journey.

The ideal candidate has proven success in marketing, customer service, and sales within healthcare, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication.

• Outside sales experience in healthcare, preferably in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
• Strong organization and time management; able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Summary

At Kadima Healthcare, our mission is "Living Forward. Together.", and we're seeking a highly motivated and organized Director of Admissions to join our team at our state-of-the-art Skilled Nursing Facilities in Pittsburgh, PA. As a key member of our admissions team, you will play a critical role in developing and coordinating the admission process to ensure a seamless transition for our patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a monthly marketing plan to meet weekly and monthly admissions goals
• Conduct effective sales calls with targeted referral sources to promote our facilities and services
• Review patient medical information for accuracy and completeness, ensuring timely completion of admission paperwork
• Coordinate clinical and financial approvals for admission, communicating with families and staff to ensure a smooth admission process
• Provide tours of our facilities and promote conversion to admission
• Manage the admission process, prioritizing daily responsibilities and multi-tasking with ease
• Collaborate with discharge planners, families, and responsible parties to initiate tour and follow-up procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in marketing, customer service, and sales, with a proven track record of success
• Outside sales experience in healthcare, preferably in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
• Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
