You will build and mentor a high-performing admissions team, collaborate with physicians and case managers, and monitor metrics to optimize referrals and outcomes.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
• Monitor and report on admissions metrics, including volume, source, and quality, to identify areas for improvement
