Job summary

Mennonite Disaster Service (MDS) in Lititz, PA, seeks a full-time Director of Administration to provide strategic leadership and oversight for finance, HR, IT, and regional administration. You will partner with the Leadership Team to ensure efficient daily operations, policy compliance, and ongoing process improvements across departments.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, at least five years’ experience leading admin/HR/finance teams, and a commitment to the Anabaptist faith.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum of five years’ experience leading administrative, human resources, or finance teams with proven ability to develop people and execute strategic initiatives.
• Commitment to the Anabaptist faith and active in an Anabaptist church, required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous experience in non-profit administration, a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
