Life Counseling Ministries is seeking a mission-driven, visionary leader to serve as Administrator. This key leadership role provides both strategic direction and operational oversight, ensuring that the ministry's mission and vision are translated into practical and measurable impact.

Reporting directly to the Executive Board, the Administrator will guide the organization with excellence, steward resources wisely, strengthen relationships with donors, and cultivate a healthy, high-performing team culture. This is an opportunity for a leader who is passionate about ministry, organizational effectiveness, and helping people experience hope and transformation.

This is a faith-based leadership position. The Administrator will be a man of faith with an experiential understanding of the counseling world and the conservative Anabaptist community. He will model Christ-centered leadership and integrity in all aspects of ministry.
