The position requires strategic leadership, data-driven improvement, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment to ensure high-quality, culturally responsive care.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of addiction treatment and behavioral health systems, including regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and program operations.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, analyze operational and performance data, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced treatment environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and electronic data systems.

Responsabilités

• Oversee administration, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and operational management of withdrawal management and residential treatment programs.
• Provide leadership and oversight of program operations, quality improvement, workforce planning, licensing compliance, and fiscal stewardship.
• Ensure delivery of safe, effective, culturally responsive and person-centered addiction treatment services.
