Qualifications

• Experience leading teams for production systems.
• Strong expertise in low-latency, high-throughput architectures.
• Experience with AdTech or streaming media preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Rainmaker Ad Server engineering team and set technical direction.
• Own the engineering strategy for ad serving capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, ML to translate business goals into technical investments.
• Drive distributed systems architecture for ad decisioning and serving at scale.
• Coach managers and engineers to build high-performing teams.
• Maintain engineering excellence through design reviews and incident management.
• Improve planning, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive pragmatic improvements.
• Champion modernization across platforms and developer workflows.
