Qualifications

• Proficient with statistical packages and large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct experience studies and identify actionable insights to modify subscriber behaviors geared toward improving overall results.
• Analyze carrier cost ratios and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Gather and develop benchmarks for assessing performance and potential improvements.
• Prepare actuarial reports for senior leadership with clear findings and recommendations.
• Partner with data and analytics teams to drive roadmaps and agile projects.
• Mentor junior team members within the pod on Advanced Analytics initiatives.
• Stay current with industry trends and regulatory requirements (SOX, HIPAA).
