Job summary

Northeast Ohio Medical University invites applicants for the Director, Accreditation and Program Quality. This role reports to the Dean in the Bitonte College of Dentistry and supports accreditation and continuous quality improvement across the college.

The incumbent will manage data collection, coordinate with accrediting bodies, lead site visit planning, and work with leadership to align standards with assessment tools. A Master’s degree and PM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in higher education administration, business, or related field.
• Able to manage complex accreditation projects and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management for accreditation, CQI, and special initiatives.
• Coordinate communications with accrediting bodies on behalf of the Dean and Associate Deans.
• Develop and maintain an archiving system for accreditation documents.
• Support college leadership in accreditation processes and CQI activities.
• Ensure effective communication with faculty, staff, students, and administration regarding accreditation requirements.
• Coordinate data collection across college and external sites for CODA reporting.
• Lead site visit planning and execution for accreditation.
• Assist in new program development related to accreditation.
• Map standards to assessment tools to ensure competency evaluation.
