Job summary

RevolutionParts, Inc. is seeking a strategic Controller/Director of Accounting to shape and scale our finance function under the CFO. You will drive monthly closes, policy development, and controls while partnering with tax, audit, and FP&A to support growth in the automotive eCommerce space.

The role emphasizes building a robust control environment, leading an accounting team, and leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency. A deep background in SaaS accounting and GAAP is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in accounting with public accounting desired.
• Experience in SaaS or software company accounting.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 606/842/718.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close under US GAAP.
• Oversee AR, AP, payroll, and commissions processes.
• Direct audit and tax activities with external advisors.
• Develop accounting policies and internal controls.
• Partner with FP&A on budgeting and forecasting.
