Job summary

Southwest Search in Plano, TX seeks an experienced accounting leader to own the accounting function and drive the business forward. You will lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closes, produce financial reporting, and partner with senior management to turn numbers into actionable insights.

You will build strong cross-functional relationships, oversee the accounting team, and spearhead automation and ERP improvements to scale the organization, while supporting strategic growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
• CPA required or strongly preferred.
• 7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Manufacturing, CPG, or distribution experience preferred.
• Proven leadership and team-development experience.
