This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting across the enterprise. The Director will lead a high‑performing accounting team while partnering cross‑functionally to support growth, process improvement, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all technical accounting and reporting advisory activities
• Oversee revenue recognition and related cost analyses under ASC 606 and ASC 340‑40
• Prepare and review technical accounting memos on complex transactions
• Advise leadership on accounting standards and reporting implications
• Develop and maintain enterprise accounting policies, procedures, and SOX‑aligned controls
• Ensure compliance with internal and external reporting requirements
• Manage quarterly and annual financial reporting processes
• Partner with external auditors on audits and SOX testing
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting and tax professionals
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate and consistent financial reporting
• Stay current on new accounting standards and assess impacts on financial reporting
• Reassess and enhance accounting processes and policies to align with evolving requirements
• Participate in special projects and enterprise initiatives as needed

• CPA required
