Key Responsibilities

• Direct full‑cycle accounting operations, including general ledger management, financial statement preparation, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Lead and mentor accounting teams, assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and fostering collaboration to achieve high‑quality financial reporting and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and internal controls, optimizing workflows to enhance accuracy and streamline month‑end processes.

Requirements and Skills
