Qualifications

• Requires a formal four-year degree or equivalent training.
• Graduate-level degree preferred for advanced operations.
• Minimum five years of direct job-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily advising and student-support operations for the Office of Student Success.
• Advises a defined caseload of students on degree requirements and planning.
• Directs advising staff, establishes priorities, trains advisors, and evaluates performance.
• Collaborates with the Executive Director for Student Success on policies, plans and improvements.
• Serves as college liaison for admissions, orientation and academic policy.
• Guides faculty and graduate directors in preparing proposals and curriculum approvals.
• Coordinates college catalog updates and curricular deadlines with partners.
• Maintains communication with faculty and college offices on policies and requirements.
• Performs high-level administrative functions, including petitions, graduation processing and records.
• Implements student-success initiatives and represents the office on committees.
