Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Oversees daily advising and student-support operations.
  • Advises a defined caseload on degree requirements and planning; provides career guidance.
  • Directs advising staff and assigns priorities, trains staff, and evaluates performance.
  • Collaborates to develop policies, procedures, and strategic plans.
  • Represents the office to admissions, orientation, and academic policy.
  • Reviews catalog updates and coordinates curricular processes.
