Job summary

Montefiore Medical Center seeks an experienced Occupational Health leader to serve as Clinical Director, Occupational Health Services (OHS). You will oversee multi-site employee health programs, drive quality, compliance, and workforce readiness, and partner with clinical, HR, and executive teams.

The role requires RN/NP/MD‑DO credentials, 5+ years of clinical leadership, and a proven track record in Occupational Health operations within a large health system. Day shift, Bronx NY, 8:30–5:00.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a clinical or health administration field and NYS licensure.
• Active NYS license as RN, NP, or physician (MD/DO) required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive clinical leadership experience.
• Experience supervising multi-site Occupational Health operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Occupational Health across multiple locations.
• Oversee core programs: employee health, immunizations, return‑to‑work, injury and exposure management.
• Drive quality improvement, standardization, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with HR, Labor Relations, Legal, Safety, and executive teams.
