Qualifications
- Five years of experience in nursing practice, education or research.
- Experience conducting clinically-based research, disseminating findings through publication and presentation, and applying findings in practice.
- Experience in leadership and mentoring, initiating and managing interdisciplinary teams, and working with diverse educational and cultural backgrounds.
Responsibilities
- Directs and manages activities of the Office of Nursing Research and Evidence Based Practice.
- Provides oversight of strategic initiatives and expert consultation for Patient Care Services.
