Job summary

Strong budgeting and change-management skills are essential. The position requires a BSN and Texas RN licensure, with MSN in Healthcare Informatics preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
7 years of progressive management/leadership experience.
Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
RN license in Texas or NLC.
Master's in Nursing or Healthcare Informatics preferred.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate continuous performance improvement aligned with hospital targets.
Manage department budget and optimize resources.
Provide strategic initiatives for nursing practice and documentation.
Lead EMR design to capture outcomes and support evidence-based practice.
Ensure patient safety and quality in EMR-enabled care.
Drive change and mentor nurse leaders across the department.
Perform other duties as assigned.
