Qualifications

• Position Summary: Oversees Nursing department operations, participates in Performance Improvement and Risk Management, ensures compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards, develops goals, policies, protocols, and serves as Infection Prevention/Control Officer.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program; Master’s preferred.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years psychiatric nursing experience, including at least 3 years in management or as a director of nursing.
