Job summary

The Nuclear Company is hiring a Director of Nuclear Workforce Pipeline Development to build and lead a new function focused on securing external talent across the nuclear industry. You’ll identify gaps, develop multi-year strategies, and forge durable partnerships with higher education and K-12 programs.

You will stand up the team, operating model, and partnerships from the ground up, working with Services, Construction, Training, and leadership to align with near-term staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Engineering, Education, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in workforce development, talent strategy, HR, or nuclear/energy operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of the external talent pipeline strategy.
• Build and manage partnerships with universities, colleges, and K-12 schools.
• Own budget, governance, and program outcomes for pipeline initiatives.
• Collaborate with Services, Construction, Training and leadership to align staffing needs.
