Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a NPI Program Leader to drive program success for security products and cross‑pillar initiatives. You will lead a team, manage budgets and schedules, and partner with engineering, product management, and supply chain to deliver on time and within budget.
Ideal candidate has 10+ years of related experience with 5+ years in people management, PMP preferred, with strong leadership, budgeting, and strategic planning skills to optimize program outcomes.
This role has been designed as “Onsite” with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office.

Leads a team of NPI Program Managers around our Security Products (Firewalls and associated services), Certification Programs (e.g., FIPS/CC) and other NPI programs that cover cross-product-group (cross-pillars within HPE Networking) products and initiatives. Responsible for operational success, which mainly translates into delivering products on time, within budget, and at the right quality level, as per the plan of record. Fully accountable for the success of the NPI team. Acts as a key advisor to Engineering leaders, Product Management leaders and Pillar (Product Group) General Manager. Reports to the Vice President of Operations for Product & Engineering for HPE Networking.
