Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Director of Next-Gen Mobility & Endpoint Engineering to shape the future of enterprise mobility. The role owns the long-term strategy for MDM, BYOD, endpoint security, and emerging productivity technologies.

The ideal leader will plan several years ahead, evaluate new devices, design next-generation endpoint experiences, and build secure mobility solutions. You will guide a small, highly skilled team focused on engineering and innovation.

Formación

• Director-level leadership experience in enterprise mobility, endpoint engineering, or modern device management.
• Expertise designing enterprise MDM environments with leading platforms (Intune, Workspace ONE, Jamf, MobileIron).
• Strong background in BYOD architecture, Zero Trust security, endpoint protection, and identity management.
• Experience evaluating and deploying emerging mobile technologies and modern productivity devices.
• Ability to anticipate technology trends and translate them into practical enterprise solutions.
• Proven track record leading engineering teams and influencing executive stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Set the enterprise vision and roadmap for next-generation MDM and endpoint technologies.
• Lead a team of engineers focused on design, architecture, and rapid innovation.
• Build a secure, modern BYOD strategy balancing employee experience with security and compliance.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging devices and new mobile platforms.
• Engineer endpoint management solutions using cloud technologies, automation, Zero Trust security, and device lifecycle management.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify technologies that will shape the future workplace and provide competitive advantage.
• Champion user-centric mobility balancing flexibility, privacy, productivity, and cybersecurity.
• Drive innovation across endpoint provisioning, security, telemetry, and the mobile user experience.
