Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in St. Louis, MO, seeks an IT Director - Security & Access Products to guide secure workforce access across devices and apps. This role blends strong technical credibility with executive influencing power.

You will partner with ISO, Architecture, Engineering, and product teams to deliver scalable solutions, drive portfolio management, and foster innovation and accountability in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Must reside in St. Louis, Missouri, or immediate surrounding area.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in security, access, or related technology domains.
• Experience leading transformation, delivery excellence, and resource planning.
• Strong relationship management, messaging, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Ability to define strategic direction and drive security/compliance in decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the Security & Access product strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities.
• Lead portfolio management, governance, and outcome-based decision making.
• Partner with ISO, Architecture, Engineering, Product, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Collaborate across Devices & Connectivity, Productivity & Collaboration, AI Enablement, and Employee Experience to create integrated workflows.
