You will guide studio equipment, post‑production facilities, video storage, satellite earth stations, and power protection systems, blending hands‑on engineering with strategic leadership to deliver world‑class content. You’ll oversee the engineering organization, drive innovation, manage budgets, and collaborate with senior leadership to craft a compelling technical vision

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering vision and technical leadership for Scripps Networks, including planning, design, acquisition, and integration.
• Oversee engineering organization planning, upgrades, maintenance, and budget.
• Lead and motivate the engineering team and manage cross‑location collaboration.
• Direct project plans and schedules, set priorities, and resolve issues to meet goals.
• Manage personnel functions including hiring, training, performance reviews, and payroll.
