Job summary

TriWest Healthcare Alliance seeks a Director of Network Strategy to lead enterprise efforts for network adequacy and optimization across VA CCN and TRICARE. You will establish data-driven methodologies to assess access standards, identify gaps by market, and balance beneficiary access with cost and complexity.

You will partner with Network Management, Contracting, Analytics, and Finance to translate findings into actionable strategic plans, supporting government programs and large-scale network

Qualifications

• Demonstrated cross-functional project delivery experience.
• Experience with provider network performance management and network strategy.
• Strong data-driven decision making and BI skills.
• Experience with geospatial analyses and network modeling.
• Background in healthcare analytics and claims data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise framework for network adequacy across VA CCN and TRICARE.
• Identify current and projected network access gaps by market and population.
• Lead recruitment and contracting strategies to address gaps.
• Translate analyses into actionable recommendations for executives.
• Collaborate across departments to support network expansion or contraction decisions.
• Support RFP development with network-related content and strategy.
