PacificSource seeks an experienced leader to guide Provider Network Operations, driving network setup, data integrity, and provider education. You will collaborate with IT, Reimbursement Insights, and Analytics to meet strategic objectives, while aligning with NCQA and HIPAA standards.

The role requires 8+ years in leadership of provider networks, a business/healthcare-focused degree, and ability to manage complex portfolios. Travel ~15% and a focus on stakeholder engagement are essential.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in business, health care administration, finance, or related field required.
Associate’s degree plus 2 years relevant experience, or a high school diploma with 4 years relevant experience, will also be considered.
8+ years of leadership experience overseeing healthcare provider network operations or related functions required.
Knowledge of provider reimbursement methodologies and healthcare data management.
Ability to lead in a matrixed organization and build high-performing teams.

Guide strategic initiatives for Provider Network Operations, including network setup, data integrity, and provider education.
Collaborate with IT and Operations to ensure system interoperability and compliance with standards.
Develop and execute provider education programs and relationship management strategies.
Oversee annual IT work plans, budgets, and staffing for supervisory departments.
