Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Customer Solutions Director – Networks to drive network evolution discussions for T-Mobile, focusing on RAN architectures, Cloud RAN, and HW/SW convergence. You will engage senior teams, shape product roadmaps, and translate opportunities into compelling technical offerings.

The role requires a deep background in telecom networks, strong leadership, and the ability to influence customer decisions at the executive level.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of technology/solutions/product management experience in telecoms/ICT, with focus on Networks and RAN.
• Strong ability to leverage global Ericsson resources for complex customer engagements.
• Proven leadership across organizations to drive first-of-a-kind RAN and network solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Customer Units and Market Areas to define network evolution strategies for RAN and HW/SW.
• Formulate strategies for Network Evolution, aligning with new service ambitions and spectrum introductions.
• Drive requirements to portfolio, product teams and standards bodies; translate opportunities into technical offerings.
• Support CTO and Account teams with customer dialogues and anchor discussions at executive levels.
• Collaborate with sales to translate customer needs into detailed technical proposals.
