Job summary

Moove is seeking a Director of Network & IT to own the company’s technology infrastructure, from depot networks to employee devices. You will set strategy, standards, architecture, and vendor direction, and lead the IT Systems Administrator and team as Moove expands.

This on-site role in Phoenix requires hands-on leadership, deep networking and identity management expertise, and the ability to deliver secure, reliable IT services across markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, or IT operations.
• At least 3 years leading an IT or network function or team.
• Hands-on experience designing and operating enterprise networks (LAN/WAN, security).
• Experience owning an identity platform (JumpCloud/Okta/Microsoft Entra ID) with SSO/MFA.
• Experience administering Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 at an org level.
• Experience managing IT and network budgets, vendor selection, and contracts.
• Clear written and verbal communication with executives, technical staff, and non-technical employees.
• Willingness to work on-site in Phoenix and travel to Moove sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Define the Network & IT roadmap, standards, and architecture aligned with business goals.
• Lead IT Systems Administrator and build out the team as the business grows.
• Own IT and network budgets, licenses, connectivity, and vendor contracts.
• Design, deploy, and operate LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, firewall, and VPN infrastructure across depots and offices.
• Establish network monitoring, alerting, capacity planning, and incident response.
• Own identity and access architecture, including SSO and MFA, and device security standards.
• Oversee automation roadmap and integrations (Deel, JumpCloud, Google Workspace, Jira).
• Ensure security, data retention, and business continuity for core systems.
