Job summary

Moove AV seeks an experienced leader to own and execute our end-to-end infrastructure strategy for depots, charging, and network systems across markets. You’ll drive land acquisition, host agreements, and on-site delivery, while shaping energy procurement and DER initiatives to enable scalable autonomous vehicle operations.

You’ll mentor a world-class team and partner with executives to align resources, timelines, and budgets as Moove expands nationally and internationally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate, business development or EV infrastructure site development.
• Existing commercial real estate relationships in target markets preferred.
• Ability to lead across planning, procurement, and execution with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Formulate market-by-market plans 2–3 years out for infrastructure supply.
• Lead end-to-end site acquisition, from land search to handover.
• Negotiate host agreements and manage deployment costs and schedules.
• Own energy procurement strategy and DER/RECs initiatives.
• Lead a high-performance team of engineers, technicians, and specialists.
