Job summary

CLA is a top 10 national professional services firm seeking an experienced Manager/Director to join our National Accounting for Income Taxes team. The role emphasizes leadership, technical tax expertise, and engagement management across the country.

You will oversee tax engagements, mentor staff, and collaborate with clients while driving efficiency and accuracy in the tax provision process. A CPA and substantial tax experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 6 years of relevant experience.
• CPA required (EA or JD may be accepted in lieu of CPA).
• Experience in tax role with public accounting or professional services.
• Deep knowledge of US tax concepts and ASC 740/IAS 12 preferred.
• ONESOURCE Tax Provision or similar software preferred.
