Job summary

CLA, a top 10 national professional services firm, is hiring an experienced Manager/Director for the National Accounting for Income Taxes team in Illinois. You will lead engagement teams, manage clients, and coordinate staffing across the country with a focus on tax provision and compliance.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and 6 years of relevant experience; CPA is required (EA or JD may be accepted in lieu).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• CPA certification is required; EA or JD may be accepted in lieu of CPA.
• 6 years of relevant experience in tax, preferably within public accounting or professional services.
• Experience with US tax concepts and ASC 740/IAS 12 is preferred.
• Knowledge of ONESOURCE Tax Provision or similar tools is preferred.

• Serve clients in high impact, demonstrating command of tax provision and specialization.
• Lead engagement teams and provide technical instruction.
• Coordinate staffing and relationships across the country.
