Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking a Director National Account Execution - Walmart to lead Walmart NAEM and drive growth across the Walmart portfolio. You will work with Coca-Cola bottling partners and internal teams to align initiatives with strategic objectives and deliver superior in-store execution.

You will build strategic customer plans, lead joint business planning, and analyze market data to uncover opportunities while traveling at least half the time to support field execution and relationship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in retail sales.
• 5+ years in beverage/CPG industry.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with forecasting, Nielsen/IRI, POS and inventory reports.
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the National Account Execution Managers (NAEM) for Walmart.
• Drive business growth and execution across Walmart accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, bottlers, and stakeholders.
• Create and manage joint business plans aligning with Walmart priorities.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities to drive results.
• Communicate progress and priorities across stakeholders with clarity.
• Balance resources and projects to deliver fast-paced results.
