Job summary

Dir NAMER SA, ISV Data and AI, AGS Namer Tech is seeking a senior leader to coach and scale a team of AWS Solutions Architects. You will drive enterprise customer success, align architecture with business outcomes, and collaborate across AWS services, marketing, and professional teams to grow revenue.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and thought leadership in data and AI architectures, with a focus on guiding customers through complex multi-cloud and cloud-native solutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years design/implementation/consulting experience of distributed applications.
• 10+ years management of technical, customer facing resources.
• Working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies.
• Modern cloud platform skills.
• Computer Science /relevant degree and/or experience highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead AWS Solutions Architects focused on Data and AI ISVs to guide customers re-architecting products for generative AI and modern data platforms.
• Coach teams to translate technical choices into business outcomes such as revenue growth and faster time-to-market.
• Partner with sales, services, marketing, and other departments to drive customer success and executive engagement.
• Develop whitepapers, data sheets, and other high-value guidance for customers.
