Job summary
AWS NAMER Specialist Organization seeks a seasoned Solutions Architect leader with deep GenAI/ML expertise to scale GenAI/ML for Auto/Mfg and Media & Entertainment. You will partner with Sales and Product teams to define the technical strategy and build a high‑performing team of solutions architects.
You will work closely with customers to translate business goals into technical workloads, prioritize GenAI initiatives, and influence product evolution while shaping long‑term customer
Qualifications
- 5+ years of management of technical, enterprise customer facing resources or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience.
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider like Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc.
- 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience
Responsibilities
- Define strategic workloads to drive key technical relationships with customers and partners.
- Require technical depth to help Sales prioritize GenAI/ML for customers.
- Build a high‑performing team of deeply technical Solution Architects.
- As the voice of the customer, work with product and GenAI/ML teams to evolve products and address issues and requests.
- Analyze customer insights from business drivers, feedback, and operating metrics.
