Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent relevant technical experience.
• Leadership experience in a deep technical, customer-facing role with expertise in AI/ML, data and analytics, cloud infrastructure, migration, or modernization.
• People-management experience including managing and developing other managers (leader of leaders).
• Proven ability to attract and retain top technical talent and build organizations with deep domain depth.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a large, geographically distributed team of specialist Solutions Architects and SA managers across North America.
• Define and execute NAMER specialist solutions strategy aligned to a Domain-First, Division-Enabled operating model.
• Attract, hire, develop, and retain world-class specialist talent with compelling career paths.
