This pivotal role coordinates lease processes, working closely with landlords and internal teams. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate or lease administration, paired with strong organizational and analytical skills.

The position offers a salary range of $80k to $130k annually. Benefits include medical insurance and a 401(K). Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate or lease administration.
• Solid understanding of U.S. commercial lease structures.
• Experience coordinating with attorneys and landlords.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the commercial lease process for new warehouse locations.
• Manage internal approval workflows and execute lease agreements.
• Serve as the primary contact for landlord correspondence.
