Job summary

YQN Logistics is seeking a Commercial Lease & Permitting Specialist to support warehouse expansion efforts and ensure lease compliance across the U.S. This role involves coordinating between internal teams and external entities during the lease lifecycle, managing negotiations, and ensuring compliance for warehouse operations.

Applicants should have at least a Bachelor's degree and over 3 years of experience in commercial real estate or lease administration. Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate, lease administration, or corporate paralegal.
• Solid understanding of U.S. commercial lease structures and negotiation processes.
• Experience coordinating with attorneys, landlords, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the commercial lease process for new warehouse locations across the U.S.
• Review Letters of Intent (LOIs) and prepare financial analyses.
• Maintain lease compliance by monitoring obligations and communicating requirements.
