Job summary

Windstar Cruises is seeking a Director, North America Field Sales to lead the USA and Canada Regional Sales Managers and drive travel agency sourced bookings. The role manages key roll-up accounts, develops sales plans, and partners with Marketing, Inventory and Vacation Planning to achieve targets.

This is a remote/field based position requiring extensive travel. You will work with the VP of North America Sales to implement initiatives, monitor performance in HubSpot, and coach the team to grow

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated success selling within travel industry.
• Experience managing travel agency accounts and regional teams.
• Strong understandings of sales goals, incentives and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage USA and Canadian Regional Sales Managers and achieve targets.
• Develop account plans, negotiate contracts, and grow roll-up accounts.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Inventory and Vacation Planning to meet needs.
• Represent Windstar at national and regional sales events and webinars.
• Monitor activity in HubSpot CRM and coach RSMs for growth.
