Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) seeks a Director to join the Multifamily Value and Risk Advisory team in Dallas, TX. You will contribute to commercial real estate valuations, oversee complex analyses, and deliver client-ready reports.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and creating robust valuation insights for varied property portfolios. The position requires advanced Argus competency, state licensing, and a proven track record in valuation, with on-site responsibilities in Dallas.

Qualifications

• Must be able to complete an entire report to a client-ready standard.
• Originate select work with leadership to identify targets.
• Coach analysts, senior analysts, and associates (20-50% time).
• Personally inspect most assignments and assist others on inspections.
• Attend at least one local commercial real estate event per year.

Responsibilities

• Complete client-ready valuations and reports from start to finish.
• Originate and target select assignments in collaboration with leadership.
• Mentor and coach junior team members during engagements.
• Inspect assignments personally and support the team during site inspections.
• Engage with local CRE events to stay connected with the market.
