Qualifications

• JD and attorney background required.
• Experience in Workers’ Compensation required.
• Experience managing Workers’ Compensation or benefits programs across 48 states.
• 5+ years in benefits/Workers’ Compensation with 3+ in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and administration of employee benefits and Workers’ Compensation programs.
• Oversee health, dental, vision, disability, life, retirement, wellness, and leave programs.
• Lead renewals, open enrollment, vendor negotiations, and communications.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA and WC regulations.
• Manage vendors, consultants, budgets, forecasting, and cost containment.
• Partner with senior leadership on benefits strategy and risk management.
• Serve as escalation point for complex WC and benefits matters.
